The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance application can be submitted online. The cost for this clearance is $13.00. You should not use the Google Chrome Browser as you may be charged without receiving clearance results as the application will not be processed.

ACT 34 PA Criminal History Record Check
The Criminal History Record Check Clearance can be submitted online. Effective December 1, 2017 the cost for this clearance is $22.00.

- Have a credit card ready and follow the prompts on the online form.
- Print several copies so you have at least one for your own records.

ACT 114 FBI Federal Fingerprint Background Check
The FBI Federal Fingerprint Background Check can be submitted online. The cost for this clearance is $25.25.
FBI Federal Fingerprint Background Check Online
- Pre-enrollment can be completed online or over the telephone. Telephone registration is available at 1-844-321-2101 Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm EST.
- When registering online the applicant must use Service Code 1KG6XN. If the applicant enters the wrong code and proceeds with the process the results cannot be transferred and the applicant must submit a new application and pay for another background check.
- Payment will be made (no cash or personal checks) when you are fingerprinted. The location of the fingerprint sites and days/hours of operation for each site are available at Indentogo.
- Applicants will receive an unofficial copy of their report. The applicant is required to provide the District with their UEID, as listed on the receipt provided after the fingerprint capture.
ACT 168 Sexual Misconduct | Abuse Disclosure Release
This standardized form has been developed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, pursuant to Act 168 of 2014, to be used by school entities and independent contractors of school entities and by applicants who would be employed by or in a school entity in a position involving direct contact with children to satisfy the Act's requirement of providing information related to abuse or sexual misconduct.
