The Office for Finance and Operations is a support function that is responsible for the financial activity within the District. Our objective is to ensure that all available funds are used in an efficient and effective manner and are spent as specified by existing law and policy.
Areas of responsibility include budgeting, financial reporting, investments, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, transportation and food service operations.
